
VoIP Telephone systems Ireland believe that a customer should
be able to carry out as much of their own Telephone system maintenance as they
feel comfortable with and although some changes my be beyond the scope of this
section I believe if explained properly there is no reason why a customer cannot
do most of the maintenance themselves if they so wish.
Over the past 5 years the price of a service call has gone up exponentially to
in some cases over Euro 200.00 for a company to leave Dublin. This is madness
when you consider the customer might only need a name or the time changed, or a
phone moved. These all being things that can be done over the phone with an
onsite (IT person), or electrician.
Did you know 70% of all programming changes can be done with any person on site
using the main reception phone This can’t be true I here you say. Well it is. I

whole process much easier it will come with instructions on how to make your own
programming cable (for systems that allow pc programming) to how to add a member
