Your PBX can provide you with answering machine service if an SVM card is installed. Your extension is assigned a message box, into which callers can leave voice messages for you. After callers reach your message box, they will hear your personal greeting message. You can record two Kinds of personal greetings: a normal greeting message and a greeting message for each time mode. You can also play back and clear your greeting messages and the voice messages left by callers.
Recording a Normal Greeting Message

To record Off Hook type *381 (tone) (record your Greeting) press Autodial Store (tone) (dial 0 to Clear)
 
Or (dial 1 to re-record) Or (On Hook to Keep).
Replay your Greeting Message

off hook type *382 (tone) (dial 0 to clear) or (dial 1 to rerecord) or  (on hook to Keep).
Redirecting Your Calls to Your Message Box
You can set incoming calls to be redirected to your own message box so that callers can leave voice
messages when you cannot answer the phone.
Off Hook type *710 type
(2 for all calls)                                          
                                                  (3 for busy only calls) then type 591#                                                        
                                                            (4 for No answer only calls) then type 591#                                                        
           (5 for busy & no answer calls) then type 591# 
Leaving Voice Messages
If the extension user you called is not able to answer your call, and your call is redirected to the message box, you will hear the greeting message. Then, you can leave a voice message for that extension. It is also possible to leave a voice message directly in the message box of a desired extension by following the steps below:
off hook type *38 #6 (then the EXT number of the person you would like to leave the message for). (tone)(then leave message as normal.

Listening to Voice Messages Left by Callers
 While on hook (press the message button)to re listen to a message (*38 3) (or *702)

To clear the voice message that you are listening to while listening to the message dial 3 1various operations are available by entering numbers while you are listening to a recorded
Voice message using any of the methods described above. The available options are as Follows

To play back the voice message from the beginning dial 1 / # *
To go to the next voice message dial 2
To clear the voice message dial 3
(Press the AUTO DIAL/STORE button or enter 1 to confirm.)
To call back the caller who left the voice message dial 4
To go back to the previous voice message dial 5
To leave a voice message directly in the message box of
